a little change

hi there everyone!!  i sure hope you all had a great weekend!!  ours was nice and relaxing and for me, included a lot of time in my playhouse!!  i have been busy re-organizing and making my space a place that is welcoming and functional... for both my digital and traditional scrapping.  for years my traditional supplies have been packed away... but i have decided to bring them back out and incorporate them in my 2012 projects, project life and one little word. i have had more fun going through all of my old supplies and organizing all of my new ones.  i think that i am almost finished and am really happy with the way my new functional traditional work space is turning out!  i am in hopes of finishing up my room today, along with olw for january, catching up on project life and working on a few freebies to share with you! i'm looking forward to being able to have more pictures to share with you tomorrow!!

along with my new traditional space i have been busy re-organizing/designing my digital space too!!  for those of you who frequent my blog, as you can see over the last couple of months a make-over has slowly been taking place on the overall design/concept of my blog. i am still busy building pages... but i now see the light at the end of the tunnel!

hope you all have a great day and thanks so much for stopping by!!

LOL Boy you were right about plastic boxes from Target!!! You need to do a video tour and let us see what is in everything!! Do you store your papers flat or vertical in a file? Am trying to decide!

SUE!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!! I know... right!?!?! I wasn't kidding!!! bbwwaahhhh!!!!!

OK... storage... I store all of my patterned paper horizontal... that is what is in all of the long narrow drawers to the left of the picture... they are all separated by catagory so it is easy to find like... travel/vacation, heritage, baby boy, young boy, etc. I do have 4 vertical files that I store my plain card stock in by color. They sit on the selves below. The drawers are not all paper... some have labels and some really, really old style cm scrap stuff that I could really just throw away... may do that this weekend!!!

In the large plastic drawers (which I plan to make covers for - one day! HA!) are... top to bottom... large cutters, heritage items, next 2 cardboard, next 2 punches, ribbon, chipboard, next 2 stamps, bottom one... are you ready for this... EMPTY!! LOL!!!

In the small little drawers... those hold my cd & dvd's of backup and pictures... only half of those are full... thank goodness I have quite a bit of space left for those since I take a ton of pictures!!! LOL!!!

Sure enjoyed our chat yesterday!! Send me some pics of your new study!!! Would LOVE to see it!!! :)
